RHP // This hard-throwing right-hander should be one of many power arms in Sacramento's bullpen this year. Cody Hall, a 2011 19th-round pick, throws four pitches — low-to-mid 90s fastball, splitter, slider, and cutter — and has used them all very effectively, especially since 2013. He brought back the cutter that year, which helped him to strike out almost 13 batters per nine innings and own a ridiculously low 0.65 WHIP while in the hitter-friendly California League. After a year and a half in Richmond, he's more than ready for Triple-A.
